Achieving economic and financial literacy will be a community-wide effort. The conference will bring together stakeholders from education, business, government (administrative and legislative) and nonprofit organizations to:

• Increase awareness in Hawai`i about the importance of economic and financial literacy;

• Assess the current climate of economic and financial literacy in Hawai`i;

• Further strengthen relationships and deepen commitments made at the last conference; and

• Identify strategies for improving economic and financial literacy in Hawai`i.
